Don't impersonate other people, stations or brands. Don't mislead listeners about who you are or what you're selling.
Respect people.
No hate speech, harassment, threats or bullying. Disagree with ideas as strongly as you like. Don't attack people for who they are.
Keep it legal.
No content that promotes violence, illegal activity, scams or the exploitation of anyone. No sexual content involving minors, ever.
Be honest with your audience.
Don't present rumours as fact. Health, financial and legal topics are welcome, but make clear when you're sharing an opinion and not professional advice. Disclose paid promotions.
Respect other people's work.
Only broadcast content you have the right to use.
Protect privacy.
Don't share anyone's personal information on air or in chat without their consent. Tell guests and callers they're being broadcast.
Keep the chat clean.
No spam, no flooding, no unsolicited promotion. Presenters may remove comments and block listeners from their own show chat.
Elections and politics.
Political discussion is welcome. Incitement, voter intimidation and deliberate misinformation about voting are not.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU BREAK THE RULES
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, end a broadcast, suspend a slot, withhold earnings linked to the violation, or close an account. Serious or repeated violations lead to permanent removal.
