Oppovia is owned and operated by Osabox Limited. It provides the technology that lets independent presenters broadcast live audio to listeners. Osabox Limited does not produce, script, pre-screen or endorse the shows, guests, callers or comments on the platform.

2. Presenter views are their own

Anything said by presenters, guests, callers or listeners represents their own views, not the views of Osabox Limited. Presenters are independent creators, not employees or representatives of Osabox Limited. An "Oppovia Presenter" label means the presenter's application was approved. A verified badge means we confirmed the presenter's identity. Neither is an endorsement of what they say.

3. Not professional advice

Content on Oppovia is for general information and entertainment only.

• Health: health and wellbeing shows are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
• Money and business: nothing on air is financial, investment or tax advice. Be cautious of anyone who asks you to send money or invest, and seek independent advice before making financial decisions.

4. Live, unedited content

Broadcasts are live and unedited. Despite our community rules, a show may contain mistakes, strong language or material some listeners find offensive. Age ratings are set by presenters and are guidance only. We act on reports, but we cannot review every broadcast as it happens. You can report a show or comment from within the platform.

5. Statistics and scores

Listener counts, follower numbers, Presenter Scores, analytics and earnings figures are provided for information. They may be approximate, delayed or later corrected, and they do not create any entitlement.

6. No guaranteed audience or earnings

Becoming a presenter does not guarantee listeners, followers, tips, sponsorship or income. What you earn depends on your audience and on the revenue-share rules described in our Terms of Use.

7. Service availability

Live audio depends on internet connections, devices, browsers and third-party infrastructure. Broadcasts may be interrupted, delayed or affected by poor audio quality. If a fault on our platform stops you from presenting a scheduled show, contact us at support@oppovia.com so we can review the missed show.

8. Tips and payments

Only send tips through Oppovia's built-in tip feature. Osabox Limited is not responsible for money sent to presenters or anyone else outside the platform. We will never ask for your password, PIN or one-time code.

9. External links, ads and sponsors

Presenter profiles, shows, advertisements and sponsorships may link to other websites or mention products and services. Osabox Limited does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, products or practices. Advertising or sponsorship on Oppovia does not mean we endorse the advertiser.

10. Limits of this disclaimer

This Disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and should be read with the disclaimers and limitation of liability in our Terms of Use. Nothing in it limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
